One Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Five

That is the number of times people have read the blog in the last 2 weeks- 1,265. I find that to be, at first unbelievable, but when I consider the type of people that I have known, I understand. You are the most caring, concerned friends, and family a person could ever have and I am forever grateful.

Jeremy and Dan are trying hard to keep it as interesting as possible and provide all of you with as much information as they can. Since I am not allowed to thank them ( I have been told) I guess I can tell them how proud I am of them.

Many of you have asked how I am feeling and I chose not to make this a "How is Mark Today" Blog. Just to make it easier for all concerned, some days better than others but nothing I can't
handle. You just have to adjust, enough about me.

Once again thanks for the support. Nicki sends her love to all and continues to bring cheer into my life.

Looking forward to tomorrow

Mark

23 Years at Xerox and counting. On day one it was an interview in NYC with you,Mark. Im not sure what you saw in me, but I know in my follow up interview, Nick hammered me for not wearing a proper SUIT! (Im not sure I even had one at the time!)
I have never learned so much than I did during those first years with you Mark. (Of course you knew, and know that!) The first call we made together Mark closed a sale for a 895? I forget the name of the thing but it was some kind of label copier we sold to Mercy Hospital. What an impression. What a CAKEWALK! SALES IS ME! I will never forget during that first year trying to call into your officefrom the phone booths of Long Island. Essentially Mark, you STOPPED taking my calls! I think this had something to do with kicking the baby bird out of the nest! It worked as I had to figure out how to do this sales thing ALONE!
So many firsts! First real interview. First sales call. First outlook. First comission check. Splitting the seat of my pants during a 539/525 install with Carlos at some mail shop!
All I can say is that I am so jealous of your family. They are so lucky. You see, I know how they feel. You always treated me like a son, or a brother. I owe you so much! Dan, I would be so proud to wear one of those bracelets and just maybe, as I pray, it will help my thoughts and words send even more power and strenth in support of this fight!
Strength to you that has made such in impact to my life!

Mark - I echo Bob's thoughts. I dont think you should be suprised by our support considering how great you've treated us over the years. You always treated me like a member of your family - with tons of support, laughs, and guidance - for which I cant thank you enough. I'm sure many others can tell a similar story. My thoughts and prayers are with you every day. Love, Al

Dear Mark and family,

This is the most amazing, inspiring blog. We applaud you, Nicky and the boys for sharing the information, thoughts and feelings that will be so valuable to so many. As your friends and members of your cheering squad, we feel privileged to share this with you. Could you be any prouder of your sons? What a tribute to you.

We will wear our bracelets everyday (when we get them) and know that the energy you receive from all around you will encourage the healing process.
